Aaron is a seasoned digital economy entrepreneur with more than 20 years of international consulting experience in Asia and deep expertise in blockchain, tokenisation, and loyalty systems. As the CEO & Director of PIPezi, a crypto exchange business, he has built a reputation for strategic thinking, innovation, and execution.

Aaron's professional journey has centered on future-proofing businesses by integrating emerging technologies — especially crypto, NFTs, and decentralised finance. This background gives him an ideal foundation to lead launching a tokenisation platform, supported by a cutting-edge loyalty platform reinventing how persons can redeem rewards to use towards securing property ownership.
Proven Track Record in Tokenisation & Web3
He co-conceptualised and launched blockchain-enabled ventures, including a crypto exchange for trading metals. Aaron has consulted for property-fractionalisation startups like FracProperty, EqiBank and PureGold, helping translate real-world assets into tokenised form. He played an instrumental role in conceptualizing blockchain education courses, supporting the Blockchain Collective in launching Australia's first blockchain-based diplomas.

With a 20-year background in IT, Johannes started his blockchain journey in 2014 as a smart contract developer. He has been involved in trading equities, futures, and foreign exchange for the last two decades. Having studied Blockchain Strategy and Cryptofinance at RMIT, he has an in-depth practical and theoretical understanding of this emerging technology.
Brett oversees regulatory compliance with more than 20 years of experience in software integration, integrated business management, training and compliance. He has helped establish a number of RTOs (Registered Training Organisations) successfully in Australia and has been hands-on involved in cryptocurrency exchange development and deployment.
Missy has enjoyed many years working in the Fin-Tech industry. A sales and marketing expert with extensive experience, she offers an enviable track record of marketing cases for various clients and sectors in blockchain and the education industry. Missy is keen on researching various ways of investments and can provide in-depth knowledge to clients.
Jaime is the Managing Director of ILIPA Ventures, an Australian approved Venture Capital fund raising business directly involved in supporting the launching of the PIPezi crypto exchange and Piptle property tokenisation platform. Jaime is very passionate about decentralized finance, GameFi and web3.0.
A Co-Founder of the PIPezi Group, Paul is an accountant by qualification with a strong consulting history in capital raising. Paul's community fundraising approach made him one of the world's foremost authorities on equity-based crowdfunding. He was the CEO of ASSOB for 8 years, raising over $300 million and has assisted with over 200 capital raises.
